Adjust Declaration of Authorship for Swiss-German Conventions

I have identified inconsistencies in the declarationOfAuthorship provided by the BFH LaTeX package (`bfhthesis.cls`). The current implementation does not align with the Swiss-German orthographic standards due to the use of "ß" in the German translation (`doa-body`). Additionally, there seems to be a discrepancy between the provided Declaration of Authorship and the version required by the Computer Science department at BFH.

Proposal:

1. Orthographic Adjustment:
   • Replace "ß" with "ss" in the German translation to ensure compliance with Swiss conventions.
   • Alternatively, provide a distinct Swiss-German translation option for doa-body that can be selected via babel or similar mechanisms.
2. Standardization Across Departments:
   • It would be beneficial if BFH agreed on a single, standardized Declaration of Authorship for all departments. The Computer Science department, for instance, uses the following Declaration of Authorship, which differs from the current implementation in the LaTeX package: Erklaerung.pdf
