LaTeX Beamer : BFH styles; Text top margin (text area <> frametitle/framesubtitle)

A "frame" which uses "[t]" as alignment parameter will be displayed more ore less in the same area as frame-subtitle.

Increase the top margins. An example is shown in the figure below.
